    If you are unable to attend the live Zoom sessions they are recorded so you can complete them on your own time.

  • Is there homework and if so, how much?

    Yes, there is homework for this program. Are you required to read, write short answers, journalling, complete an ethics essay, attend Yoga classes (virtual or live), and there will be online quizzes to complete. In addition, the anatomy program is online and can be completed as soon as you register for the program. During that program you will be watching videos and completing quizzes.

  • Is this program recognized by Yoga Alliance.

    Yes, our school is registered with Yoga Alliance and after completion of our 2023 program you will have an opportunity to register as a 200-hour Yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance.

  • Who is the lead teacher?

    The lead teacher for our program is Brenda Feuerstein who is the director of Traditional Yoga Studies and the assistant teacher is Chandra Schlitz who is the assistant director of Traditional Yoga Studies.

  • What kind of Yoga will I be learning?

    That's a great question! We offer a balanced program with a focus on making Yoga accessible meaning our approach is gentle with lots of options. We're passionate about helping people have quality of life through healthy movement, breath work, and meditation!
