Kum Nye Yoga is a gentle approach to Yoga taught by Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche. Gentle exercises, breathing techniques and self-massage work together to develop vitality and balance. The movements are used for deep relaxation, rejuvenation, and as a preparation for meditation.

Currently, Brenda Feuerstein, is teaching the class. She has over 25 years of Kum Nye Yoga experience and has been teaching Kum Nye Yoga since 2015. She also leads Kum Nye Yoga Intensives, workshops, and retreats, along with regular group classes, and one-to-one classes.
