  • What will this intensive look like?

    The intensive is a combination of four weekends and weekly (almost) practice. The live session begin in May and continue into September. More info can be found in the free preview of this course.

  • What if I've never done Kum Nye Yoga before?

    This intensive is a perfect way to introduce yourself to the practice and to deepen your practice as well! We'll be learning the basics of the subtle body from a Tibetan perspective and learning each movement in the system.

  • Can I teach Kum Nye Yoga after I've completed the intensive?

    While this is not a teacher training program, we feel this program offers enough theory and practice for your to lead Kum Nye Yoga classes. And remember, this program can be taken for personal development as well.

  • What is your refund policy?

  • What if I can't make the live sessions?

    The program is recorded as well and each session will be uploaded to the course platform within 24 hours of the session ending.

  • Who is the course leader?

    This program is led by Brenda Feuerstein who has been practicing Kum Nye Yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching for over 7 years. She received her training from one of Tarthang Tulku Rinpoche's students, Arnaud Maitland. She continues to study and teach Kum Nye Yoga and Nejang Tibetan Yoga and has started a Tibetan Yoga virtual studio for adults and children. She is also currently studying Sowa Rigpa: Traditional Tibetan Medicine, and Sowa Rigpa Counselling with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang.
