Our 100-hour Pranayama Training (2022) is an on-demand course and focuses on practices from India and Tibet. This program is a combination of theory and practice.
During this 100-hour intensive we'll be studying and practicing several breathing techniques for health and wellness. In addition, we'll explore yogic philosophy, the subtle body from two perspectives, and study and practice the bandhas. ************************************************************************

We currently offer a payment plan for this course, if the payments do not fit your current financial situation you're welcome to contact us to discuss other payment plans. We do not offer scholarships for this program.
You are not required to attend all live sessions. All sessions are recorded and you can watch them later. In some sessions there may be practices that you'll need to complete either by creating a recording and submitting it to the program leader.
No, we do not offer refunds.
No, you do not need to be a Yoga teacher. We have had social workers, therapists, education teachers, doctors, and nurses with no Yoga certification participate in this program. We start with the basics and encourage questions during the program. We have a "no one is left behind" policy.
If you are participating live you will have an opportunity to practice teach on Saturdays and during some of the weekday sessions. If you are watching the recordings instead of participating in the live sessions, you are welcome to contact our office to be assigned a study partner and/or book a teaching session with the course leader.
Upon successful completion of the course requirements you will receive a certificate from Traditional Yoga Studies.
