Pranayama Training: 100 hours - 2023
Our 100-hour Pranayama Training (Live via Zoom and Recorded) focuses on practices from India and Tibet. This intensive is a combination of theory and practice.
Course curriculum During this 100-hour intensive we'll be studying and practicing several breathing techniques for health and wellness. In addition, we'll explore yogic philosophy, the subtle body from two perspectives, and study and practice the bandhas. ************************************************************************ All participants are encouraged to develop an at-home practice and practice teaching opportunities will be offered during the weekend sessions. ************************************************************************ The program has a limited enrolment to ensure all students have an opportunity to ask questions and feel heard. We have a "no student left behind" policy and are available for questions both in class and outside of class by email. ********************************************************************** Upon successful completion of this program students will receive a certificate and be qualified to lead group and individual pranayama sessions. *********************************************************************** No refunds after registering and if you register for a payment plan you are held responsible for all payments to complete your financial commitment.

The live (and recorded) sessions run from September 9, 2023 - December 3, 2023. There are four weekend sessions and weekly practice sessions. Dates can be found in the free preview of the course.
