  • What are the retreat session times?

    Sunday, May 3, 2026. All times are CST (Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada) 10:30 AM - 5:00 PM (with personal breaks)

  • How long do I have access to the recordings?

    You'll have access to the recordings for 90 days after the live retreat day.

  • What if I can't attend all the live-streamed sessions?

    No problem at all! Everything will be recorded so that you can visit those sessions at another time.

  • Do you offer an Early Bird price?

    Yes! The regular price is 99.00 and the EARLY BIRD Price is 79.00 until April 15, 2026

  • What does the retreat day look like?

    *10:30 AM to Noon - Introduction, Gentle movement, hand exercises for brain health, breathwork, and meditation. *12:00 PM - 2:00 PM - Journalling, reflection, rest, and light lunch (self-guided break) *2:00 PM - 5:00 PM - movement, hand exercises for brain health, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and Yoga-nidra.

  • Is there a handout for the retreat?

    Yes! You'll receive a pdf package that includes a Self-Reflection Brain Health Journal (pdf), retreat recipes that are geared toward brain health, and pointers for ongoing brain health including hand movements that you can do on your own.

  • What is your refund policy?

    Since we offer access to materials after registering, we do not offer refunds.
