Course curriculum

The "Journey Method" is a unique approach where I have combined the healing power of imagery, storytelling, mantra, breathwork, resolutions, and deep relaxation techniques to help enter into the bliss state. While this method will be the primary study during the training we will also be learning other styles of Yoga-nidra too. This training includes group and one-to-one work which makes it an excellent complement for Yoga teachers, massage therapists, counsellors, social workers, psychologists, mental health care practitioners, nurses, doctors, and end-of-life care workers to name a few. __________________________________________________________________________The main theory and practices days are one Saturday a month (April - October) with a practice session weekly on Wednesdays. You can think of the practice session as self-care and an opportunity to ask question and perhaps even put into practice some of the things you learned during the week.
